After the first 30 days of the Initial Term, refunds will generally not be issued for cancellations, including requests for unused service time, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
The guarantee applies only to eligible initial purchases and does not automatically extend to renewals, upgrades, additional services, or subsequent purchases.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, refunds are not available for:
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and redemption fees.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS), dedicated servers, and other infrastructure services, except where expressly covered by an applicable guarantee or required by law.

If a credible DMCA notice or other abuse complaint is received, we may investigate and take appropriate action. Where a violation is established, the Customer may be ineligible for a discretionary refund, subject to applicable law.
4. Service Usage and Technical Issues
Refunds may be declined where a Customer has substantially used the service, consumed significant resources, or received the principal benefit of the service, subject to the applicable refund terms and legal requirements.

8Other Provisions
8.1Anti-Spam Policy
HostNext is committed to a zero-tolerance, anti-Spamming policy. Under this policy, we prohibit Spam, defined as any Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Facsimiles (Fax) from being sent either: (i) over the HostNext network, by customers or any other users of the HostNext network (including Customer's customers); and/or (ii) over ANY network if the message sent advertises or mentions a site hosted on our server. HostNext also prohibits the selling products that can be used for spamming, such as mass-mailing software, and will react quickly and seriously to violations; HostNext reserves the right to suspend or terminate the related Services without prior notice of any Customer disregarding this policy as outlined in Section 2 (b). If you have any complaints or comments regarding Spam on our network, please direct them to Customer Support.
8.2Support
HostNext provides technical support to our Customers via control panel ticket system, email, telephone and live chat. HostNext provides support related to Services provided or account physical functioning. HostNext does not offer technical support for application specific issues such as ASP, ColdFusion, .NET, PHP, Perl (scripting errors), HTML or any other such issue. HostNext does not provide any kind of technical support for Customer’s customers.
8.3Unlimited Hosting Policy
Our Unlimited Hosting plans are designed to provide flexible hosting for personal, business, and website development purposes without fixed monthly bandwidth or disk-space quotas. When we refer to “Unmetered Bandwidth,” we mean that we do not impose a fixed monthly bandwidth allowance or charge customers based on the amount of website traffic their hosted websites receive. When we refer to “Unmetered Disk Space,” we mean that we do not impose a fixed storage quota in gigabytes for the normal hosting of websites and website-related files. When we refer to “Unlimited Websites,” we mean that, where included in the applicable hosting plan, customers may add and host multiple domains, subdomains, and websites without a fixed numerical website limit imposed by the plan. However, the terms “unlimited” and “unmetered” do not mean that the Services are technically unrestricted or that an account may be used for any purpose without limitation.
Our Unlimited Hosting services operate within a shared hosting environment, where server resources are shared among multiple customers. To maintain the security, stability, performance, and availability of our infrastructure for all customers, all accounts remain subject to reasonable technical and resource limitations, including CPU usage, memory usage, entry processes, concurrent processes, application processes, database resources, I/O usage, network connections, inode usage, email resources, and other server resources. These technical controls apply regardless of whether a hosting plan is advertised as “Unlimited” or “Unmetered.” Customers acknowledge that unlimited or unmetered hosting does not include unlimited CPU, RAM, database processing, concurrent connections, email activity, application processing, file creation, server performance, or any other technical resource.
Unlimited Disk Space is intended for the normal hosting of websites, applications, databases, and files reasonably associated with those websites and applications. It must not be used primarily as a general-purpose storage service, backup repository, archival service, file-sharing service, download repository, or media storage platform. Similarly, Unlimited Bandwidth is intended for normal website traffic and legitimate web hosting activities and must not be used to operate services that generate excessive or sustained traffic or resource consumption inconsistent with the intended use of shared hosting.
Customers must use their hosting accounts responsibly and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. An account must not be used in a manner that causes excessive or sustained consumption of shared server resources, degrades server performance, negatively affects other customers, circumvents technical restrictions, or otherwise places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. Prohibited or restricted uses may include, without limitation, large-scale video or audio storage, media streaming, public file repositories, file-sharing services, download mirrors, automated backup storage, large-scale archival storage, cryptocurrency or blockchain-related activities, storage of large quantities of files or archives unrelated to hosted websites, or any other activity that effectively uses a shared hosting account as a general-purpose storage, distribution, or processing service.
Although disk space may be advertised as unmetered, each Unlimited Hosting plan is subject to an inode limit. The current inode limits are 300,000 inodes for Unlimited Plan I, 500,000 inodes for Unlimited Plan II, and 1,000,000 inodes for Unlimited Plan III. An inode represents a file, directory, symbolic link, or other filesystem object. These limits are necessary because a very large number of individual files can consume significant filesystem and server resources even when the total amount of disk space used remains relatively small. Accordingly, unmetered disk space does not mean that customers may create or store an unlimited number of individual files.
Our Unlimited Hosting plans are also subject to mailbox storage limits. The current mailbox limits are 1 GB per mailbox for Unlimited Plan I, 2 GB per mailbox for Unlimited Plan II, and 3 GB per mailbox for Unlimited Plan III. Customers are responsible for managing mailbox storage and deleting, downloading, or archiving unnecessary messages where appropriate. Email services are additionally subject to our applicable email, spam, security, and acceptable-use restrictions, and we may restrict email activity where necessary to prevent abuse, excessive resource consumption, spam, or disruption to our email infrastructure.
We understand that legitimate websites may experience temporary increases in traffic and resource consumption. Where technically possible, our infrastructure may permit temporary bursts above normal resource usage levels to accommodate such increases. Burst capacity is not guaranteed, does not constitute a permanent allocation of resources, and does not permit sustained or excessive resource consumption. Repeated or prolonged use of resources at levels that negatively affect the shared hosting environment may result in temporary throttling, resource restrictions, or other reasonable measures.
Customers may monitor available resource usage through the Resource Usage section of cPanel or another monitoring interface provided with the Services. Depending on the hosting plan and infrastructure, this information may include CPU usage, memory usage, entry processes, concurrent processes, inode usage, disk usage, and other resource metrics. Resource usage information may be subject to measurement or reporting delays and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of unlimited technical capacity.
If we reasonably determine that an account is consuming resources in a manner that threatens server stability, negatively affects other customers, creates a security or performance risk, or violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, we may take reasonable steps to protect our infrastructure and other customers. Such steps may include contacting the customer and requesting that resource usage be reduced or modified, temporarily limiting or throttling resource consumption, restricting specific processes or applications, suspending specific services or functionality, recommending or requiring migration to a VPS, dedicated server, cloud hosting, or another more appropriate service, suspending the account, or terminating the affected service in serious or repeated cases. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue; however, we may take immediate action where necessary to protect our infrastructure, security, other customers, or the availability of our Services.
The ability to host unlimited websites does not mean that each website receives a separate or unlimited allocation of server resources. All websites, domains, applications, databases, files, and services hosted within an account collectively use the resources available to that account and remain subject to the applicable technical limitations and Acceptable Use Policy.
We reserve the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether a particular use is consistent with the intended purpose of our shared hosting services. The examples and restrictions described in this policy are not exhaustive. Activities that may be technically possible but materially interfere with the operation of our shared hosting environment may be restricted even if they are not expressly listed above.
The term “Unlimited” therefore refers to the commercial structure of the applicable hosting plan and means that we do not impose a fixed quota on the specific resources advertised as unlimited or unmetered, subject always to the technical, security, operational, and fair-use requirements applicable to shared hosting. By purchasing, renewing, or using an Unlimited Hosting plan, the customer acknowledges that the Services are provided within a shared hosting environment and agrees to use the Services responsibly, in accordance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws.
8.4Domains
We make no representation that the domain name you wish to register is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in your name. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk. The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. You shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name. Any administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name. We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between you and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute.
